These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Erica Ferrari Trecate ("I", "me", "my") through ericatrecatestrongandconfident.cloud (the "Site"). By buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
My products are digital, for example guided audio meditations and downloadable wallpapers. They are delivered digitally, with access provided immediately after payment and a copy sent to your email.
Prices are shown on the Site in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You confirm that the payment method you use is your own.
For Safe to Rest, this is my refund policy. To request a refund, simply reply to your purchase receipt. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, this promise replaces any general cooling-off refund for that product.
When you buy a product, I grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute or publish the product or its contents. I remain the owner of all intellectual property in the products and the Site.
My meditations and content are for general wellbeing, relaxation and education only. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a professional. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery, or at any time you need your full attention. You use the products at your own risk.
I share my tools and guidance in good faith, but I cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
I aim to keep the Site and downloads available, but I do not guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
